TUESDAY and THURSDAY - 4-5:00 p.m.
Tuesday and Thursday’s focus is on speed, agility, and optimizing explosiveness. The campers will also go through an abdominal circuit geared toward improving their ability to run and jump with more power. SATURDAY - 10-12:00 p.m. Once a week athletes will be asked to compete in speed and agility exercises. The young men and women also will be put in competitive situations. From sprint relays, one-on-one routes, tag, to flag football games, each participant will compete on a weekly basis at PUBLIC SPEED CAMP. Competition is know to bring out the best in athletes and PUBLIC SPEED CAMP does its best to instill a healthy competitive desire in its athletes. |
